Aluminum Foil-Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
2 pounds fingerling potatoes, cut in half
10 whole garlic cloves
6 rosemary sprigs
Salt
Pepper
4 ounces olive oil
1 large sheet of aluminum foil
Toss all items in aluminum foil and wrap and cook on upper part of barbecue grill for 25 minutes until golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
