What's with our Z?

Quote.."In most game, he leads the Wings with SOG but has only 4 goals. If he is that good as many of you believe he is why is he not producing. Big O for Washington has 14 goals and usually has at least 2 goals when he has 6 SOG and tonight, our Z has no goals on 6 SOG .... very frustrating. Anyone else feels the same way?"

Yeah _ it's all Ozzie's fault? Why should he give a crap when the team cannot score. I just looked at the top scorers in the league. Z is #64 and Dats is #80. Our "stars???"

This is going to be a very tough season gang. Something we and the players are not used to. And, as someone said, where is the "leadership?" Certainly nothing coming out of Lids, either on or off the ice it seems.

I agree. When are our "stars" going to produce? I think KH had better make a trade pretty soon to get a more consistent goalie. Howard and Osgood will not take us to the promised land. The whole team seemed deflated by weak goals and Williams' broken leg.

Also, what's with the poor start again scenario? In half of the games so far, we've been down 2 goals early. How can a professional team lack energy at the beginning? That includes the lack of focus by Mr. Five Hole!!!

Threading in forums

We are working on adding threading to the forums. Clicking on the headline of a post will now get you related posts in a few different ways.

- If the post was sent to us in response to an article, clicking on that post's headline will retrieve all comments on that article, and clicking on the "See related article" link will send you to the article itself.

- If the comment was submitted in response to a cybersurvey, clicking on the headline will take you to the cybersurvey and its related comments.

- If you click on the headline of a forum post that was simply posted in the forum, you will get all posts with that same headline.

If you want to add a comment to a thread in the forum, use the same headline as the post to which you want to respond.

If you find a problem, please tell us, and thanks in advance for your patience as we work to improve the forums for you.
