LOL. Now that the children have been toddled off to bed, let's talk baseball. JV for the CY, Leyland for Manager of the Year, and Cabrera as spokesman for Beer of the Year.

Sure Phil. Sure. You just got called out like a little kid and that's your response. Typical

This a baseball forum or one where the inadequacies of the justice system are critiqued? Move the latter to the News Forum, puleasse.

We have people in Jail for selling a 1/2 ounce of weed for 5 years, and Child Molesters getting 6 months and counseling/probation.

no cynic, you tossing back a case of swillweiser on a daily basis instead? Boy, this thread has taken an entertainment hit since BB's washed his hands and I've cut back. Even Fraser Fred died of boredom. Excuse me. BOREDOM...BOOK IT!!!!!!
T-Dog is a constant source of info while Big Paw and Chris D are also decent folks. Even Blowsucker has some points when not curling up with the Baseball Encyclopedia which he'll be laid to rest with along with an autographed Tom Veryzer ball. Aside from that, the hood's gone to the dawgs. Speaking of dawgs where's singledingle and the ever present Alpo? Woof.

"Prosecutors in Clark County, Washington have agreed to drop marijuana possession charges in exchange for Tim Lincecum paying $377 in fines."
Robert Parish was another pot smoker. Wow, what a dangerous drug! It certainly devastated the lives of these incredibly high achieving durable athletes, who by all accounts are wonderful teammates (Full disclosure: I personally do not use the drug). What a wise use of our time and money to incarcerate those who use it, in a futile effort to eradicate its use! Too bad Willie Nelson escaped prison; that would have been an excellent use of our tax dollars as well.
