He certainly wouldn't be confused for Tim Tebow. He could have and should have fought for that first down. He plays very soft in my opinion.

We stink, but I tell you what.....this guy is terrible. Maybe the most overrated player of all time coming out of high school.

He really just isn't as good as people thought he was.

"""""""""T.P. has done a good job all along," Tressel said. "I never wavered about his progress. I know others have. But I get to be at practice and I'm in the meetings."

Clearly, Tressel likes what he sees.

"No one is harder on himself than T.P.," he said.""""""

If you want my opinion (I heard that!), Pryor just needs to get enough "reality" in him to start performing well. When you've always been bigger, stronger, faster, it messes with your head. Especially a young player. When he gets sufficiently humble he will take off. The reason is it will help everything. It will help him listen to others better (Coaches, and teamates...), it will cause him to respect others better (Opposition), and know what he can "NOT" get away with.

If he gets sufficiently humble, I say "Look out!"...

for the Heisman.

No thanks, Coach - I'm glad your little thug is playing for the Sweatervest. Elmer Fudd's more articulate than this clown, who announced he wanted to play at "the University of Ohio State".

Name one QB that Tressel, or OSU in general, has developed to move to the next level? While OSU has put plenty of players in the NFL, it is not a place where NFL caliber QB's look to go.

I just read the ESPN article where his High School coach was very critical of Tressel and the way he is using him. Maybe his High School coach should have advised him where to go in the first place. This can not be good for future QB recruits for Tressel. It seems like nobody can make up thier mind on whether they want to make Pryor a pro prospect or win games. I still remember him catching that TD pass last year. He looked so natural catching the ball. He would make a scary receiver or tight end.

I will say the kid is a good looking runner. Real smooth, long space eating strides that make him look like he's running slower than he actually is.

Sit his fanny down. Where is Forcier when you need him?

INT led to a fake FG TD play. That was a ballsy call.

Pryor has been put on a leash by the Sweater because he remembers what happened when he let Smith off his leash. His 2nd worst season ever at 8-4.

I'm happy with him. Tress has him on a tight rope. He isn't going to have splashy stats. I never thought this would be possible but I think Pryor very well may come back for his senior year. OSU is looking very good. I think we will win the rematch with USC in a few months. We should have won last month.

"Big Cee you are exactly correct. Tressel was without question afraid of ILL scoring four touchdowns in 1:22. Weren't you?"

Don't worry Bluska, karma is a female dog. It will come back and bite you guys right in the kuester..

Threading in forums

We are working on adding threading to the forums. Clicking on the headline of a post will now get you related posts in a few different ways.

- If the post was sent to us in response to an article, clicking on that post's headline will retrieve all comments on that article, and clicking on the "See related article" link will send you to the article itself.

- If the comment was submitted in response to a cybersurvey, clicking on the headline will take you to the cybersurvey and its related comments.

- If you click on the headline of a forum post that was simply posted in the forum, you will get all posts with that same headline.

If you want to add a comment to a thread in the forum, use the same headline as the post to which you want to respond.

If you find a problem, please tell us, and thanks in advance for your patience as we work to improve the forums for you.
