Football season

A 5-7, 6-6 prediction for UM is contradictory to Michigan "winning" in the B10. 3 wins w/ WMU, EMU & Del. State only leave the possibility for a maximum of 3 B10 wins out of 8 games assuming a 6-6 record. With the ND win, that leaves the possibilty for only a maximum of 2 wins in the B10. Either way UM's record will be fairly consistent w/ the initial predictions.

LadyBlue: Thanks for the welcome back, but I disagree with the comment about FY, "stooping to that level is not his way." Are we talking about Fielding Yost the king of the baiters? NEPA and SOS, I'm not ready to give up on the football team yet as exhibition BB games can wait. I also picked Sparty to be l0-2 or 9-3 and they very well could have been without strange happenings with CMU, Notre Dame and Iowa. But it is what it is and I still want to watch the development of our freshman RB's, lineman, LB's and sophomore QB's. As far as U of MUM, I also picked them to be 5-7, 6-6 at best. If I was Fielding I wouldn't be beating on my bare chest over the wins that R & R had with the exception of Notre Dame. The U of M still are expected to win in the Big l0 aren't they?

Threading in forums

We are working on adding threading to the forums. Clicking on the headline of a post will now get you related posts in a few different ways.

- If the post was sent to us in response to an article, clicking on that post's headline will retrieve all comments on that article, and clicking on the "See related article" link will send you to the article itself.

- If the comment was submitted in response to a cybersurvey, clicking on the headline will take you to the cybersurvey and its related comments.

- If you click on the headline of a forum post that was simply posted in the forum, you will get all posts with that same headline.

If you want to add a comment to a thread in the forum, use the same headline as the post to which you want to respond.

If you find a problem, please tell us, and thanks in advance for your patience as we work to improve the forums for you.
