Stands to reason these individuals are worth every penny pushing liberal agendas like global warming, save the whales and spotted owls etc. while turning their back on free markets and conservative views.

Where are the parents? Most of the items tots are lacking should be taught by their parents but alas many parents these days expect the government / schools to do it all for them.

Bravo for the kids but unspent money and money sent back (lost) because it wasn't spent and the DPS is out of money and laying teachers off. What am I missing? Not one cent should ever be returned to the feds if it has to be spent on toilet paper.

I'm sure there are a few parents with the background and education needed to home school their progeny but cannot imagine the majority do. Methods change as do the requirements necessary to compete in today's workplace.
