You have a good point there. But, be realistic for amoment; How often do the Detroit inner city "Gangstas" use bombs? They usually just shoot people nearby-intended target or not. They don't go to the practice ranges, they just learn to point-and-shoot from TV or video games! But someone who is a College Student, who made and used a 'Commercial Grade Explosive", then got caught with more explosives in their possesion...well. Hmmn. Check the names of these "Students". See any relation to the posts on "Das Vaterland Security"? Is the proximity to Detroit coincidental? Was it a Muslim household that got bombed?
Hmmn. Since East Lansing can afford to protect it's citizens, and actually gives a darn; is prosecutorial investigation too strong a measure? If a terrorist suspect is Serbian, is he then too good to be examined? Does the word "Kosovo" ring a bell? Coul;d it happen here? Hmmn.

Nice article, but; who is Wilkinson, and who is Brand? What qualifications do they, each, have? Are they just a couple more political hacks-or are they experienced administrators? This seems to be not the time for more competency questions.
The DPS has been acting like a business venture that is facing imminent closure. I pray the children of Detroit can get a boost to their education. We know they face an extremely tough struggle ahead. As does America, the youth need to be prepared for the future, and the global turmoil it will bring. Let us hope the business at hand is understood for the seriousness it represents.
But please; tell us just who are these people to whom this task is given?
