4th Loss in a Row
I hope they keep losing; that will force management to make a move.
TMAC (Down The Strecth) in the 4th Period
These are games TMAC would win for us.....
Free Agency 2010
Plagiarism? What's that? At some point we are all victims of Plagiarism even in this forum from time to time.
There is going to be a lot of players changing Zip Code within the next year.
We have the commodities; Prince, Rip, Maxell, Wilcox, and Kwame.
Let's see how J.Dumar's works his magic and wisdom.
Both injuires to me are mysterious (Tay and RIP) and as someone pointed out earlier (Avoiding Plagiarism) RIP's injuries is quite long for a diagnosed simple ankle sprain, unless he would have torn a tendon which is not being reported as the case, he should be back playing.
We Need a Center (Boozer), but a SF with TMAC skill would be intriquing and hard to pass up on.
TMAC has never had this kind of supportive (Attacking)offensive Fire Power we have in Detroit, Ben Gordon, Stuckey, and Wil Bynum.
Dumars also needs to extend Wil Bynum.
Free Agency 2010
First up, we have the three young studs from the legendary draft class of 2003. These three have 'Player Option clauses' in their current contracts which, if declined, would allow them to become unrestricted free-agents on July 1, 2010 (in parentheses are the monetary values of the contracts they are owed under their current contracts):
LeBron James (owed 17.2 million in 10/11)
Dwayne Wade (owed 17.0 million in 10/11)
Chris Bosh (owed 17.1 million in 10/11)
This next grouping consists of those players that are signed thru 2011, but have Early Termination Options (slightly different from Player Options) and can also opt out in 2010 if they so choose:
Amar'e Stoudemire (owed 17.7 million in 10/11)
Dirk Nowitzki (owed $21.5 million in 10/11)
Paul Pierce (owed $21.5 million in 10/11)
Yao Ming (owed 17.7 million in 10/11)
Mike Redd (owed $18.3 million in 10/11)
Tyson Chandler (owed $12.8 million in 10/11)
Next are the notable names who do not have options in their deals and whose current contracts expire following the 2009-2010 season, which means they will become honest-to-goodness unrestricted free agents:
Joe Johnson
Ray Allen
Manu Ginobili
Marcus Camby
Tracey McGrady
Brad Miller
Jermaine O'Neal
Mike Miller
Shaquille O'Neal
There are also a slew of stars whose contracts are set to expire in the summer of 2010; but they have opt-out clauses following the 2008-2009 season which they may choose to exercise, thus taking them off the market a year early:
Steve Nash (owed $13.1 million in 09-10)
Carlos Boozer (owed $12.7 million in 09-10)
Memo Okur (owed $9.0 million in 09-10)
Hedo Turkoglu (owed $7.4 million in 09-10)
In addition to the stars listed above, these 'second-tier' players, a mix of experienced veterans and rising youngsters, are set to hit the open market in 2010 as well:
Udonis Haslem
Zydrunas Ilgauskas (option to opt-out prior to 2010)
Anderson Varejao (option to opt-out prior to 2010)
Al Harrington (option to opt-out prior to 2010)
Ben Wallace
T.J. Ford (player option for '10-'11, owed 8.5 million)
Jamal Crawford (option to opt-out prior to 2010)
Richard Jefferson (ETO)
Amir Johnson
Raja Bell
Jerry Stackhouse
Peja Stojakovic (ETO)
Josh Howard (*Mavs have a Team Option for $11.8 million in 10/11)
John Salmons (ETO)
Travis Outlaw
Rafer Alston
Luis Scola (restricted)
Roger Mason
Chris Duhon
We should also list some talent from the Draft Class of 2006. Unless they sign extensions over the next 16 months, these players will all be restricted free-agents in 2010. With all the teams that are working to clear cap-space, a franchise may be willing to throw plenty of cash at one of these players if they strike out on landing a stud FA:
Brandon Roy
Rudy Gay
LaMarcus Aldridge
Andrea Bargnani
Rajon Rondo
Tyrus Thomas
Kyle Lowry
Randy Foye
Josh Boone
Renaldo Balkman
Sergio Rodriguez
Ronnie Brewer
Jordan Farmar
And we should also include those players from the 2005 Draft Class that have yet to sign long-term deals. Chances are most of these guys will get locked up this summer, but if any of them sign one-year qualifying offers, they'll hit the market as unrestricted FA's in twenty-ten:
David Lee
Marvin Williams
Raymond Felton
Hakim Warrick
Nate Robinson
Jarrett Jack.
Linas Kleiza
Last but not least, we'll round out the complete list of players that will become free-agents in 2010. (Some of these names will have value due solely to the fact that their contracts come of the books at the right time):
Joel Przybilla (ETO)
Larry Hughes
Eddy Curry (option to opt-out prior to 2010)
Quentin Richardson
Carl Landry (Team Option)
Chuck Hayes (Team Option)
Rasual Butler
Bruce Bowen
Earl Watson
Luke Ridnour
Matt Harpring
Derek Fisher
Speedy Claxton
Brian Scalabrine
Tony Allen
Patrick O'Bryant
Anthony Roberson
Randolph Morris
Sasha Pavlovic
Antoine Wright
Steven Hunter
Anthony Marrow (restricted)
Brent Barry
Marquis Daniels (Team option for '09-'10)
D.J. Mbenga
Chucky Atkins
Kelenna Azubuike (Player Option)
Darko Milicic
Dorell Wright
Yakhouba Diawara
Mark Madsen
Craig Smith
Dominic McGuire (restricted)
Kurt Thomas
Francisco Oberto
Antonio Daniels
Jerome James
Brendan Haywood
Tony Battie
Anthony Johnson
Tim Thomas
Brian Cardinal
Damien Wilkins
Mark Blount
Bobby Simmons
Kenny Thomas
Matt Bonner
Etan Thomas
FLY DOG OF THE CAPE,
According to reports out of Houston; TMAC is fine and he played a lot of summer ball agaisnt DWADE and Harris of the Nets. With that being said; A.Kander can keep him healthy.
Prince injury will heal itself. But, it was a major set back as Prince being a hot trade commodity. Lets hope we can find some desperate takers.....
TMAC is only 30; but he does not have the wear and tear of a 30 year old players do to the injuries...I think his addition can get us to at minimum the second round of the Playoffs.
He could resign if not; we go into the Free Agency Freency of 2010.
Trade RIP Trade Prince for TMAC?
If TMAC Does not work out or resign; then we can enter to 2010 FA Sweepstakes.
Play TMAC at SF.

With KWAME, JMAX, WILCOX (12MIL) we can got the BIGS, but no low post threat. Trade Them For K-MAN!
The NBA Logo should be change to the Air Jordan Iconic Symbol
No other Player has done what Jordan has done for the NBA. Jordan has put the NBA on the World Stage. Before their was Micheal Jordan.
The only Player that might have been reconizable outside the NBA may have been Magic Johnson, but only by a limited Few.
I lived in Europe since the late 80's. Basketball has continue to grow and grow to the point where they started show NBA games on Television here on a regular basis.
That is due to the Air Jordan effect.
And Of course his number should be retired by every team in the NBA whether the league approves it or not.
The NBA needs to honor this Man. He has made them BILLLIONS!
With the expansion of Television and Satelite contracts throught the world. With the Nike Contracts; and also with the Dream team. People came to See Micheal Jordan........
Top Priorities EXTEND BYNUM.....
J. Dumars must Extend this Kid.....Arron WHO? Afflopo!
Extend Bynum; and Trade RIP and Tay for Boozer and a Solid SF that can Play Some Defense.
And we will be fine.
RIP and Prince Injuries are not that significant where they would be out this long something is brewing.....
Detroit Pistons draft in 2009
Chase, maybe is having a decent rookie season.
Teams Draft on Team Needs; with the exception of a few clubs (Knicks).
As you can see; the SMALL THREE: Gordon, Stuckey, Bynum(GSB). Are all shooting Guards plus RIP Hamilton. With that being said; the Piston did not need Chase.
Brandon Jennings Rookie of the Year or MVP; AI with a consistent Jump Shot
This guy scored 55 points tonight.
Despite all the nay sayers or NBA Draft analyst or specialist.
Rick Rubio WHO?????
Rookie of the Year and should get MVP reconition; this guy is just getting started.
AI; with a consistent Jump Shot.
To ALL those who are replying to IP
Please; Ignore me. Yes, Do that! It is quite obvious; that most of you respond negatively to success due to pure and simple"JEALOUSY".
Why do all of you say negative things about a person who is somewhat successful and has served his Country. Who has done more for America than all of you.
I know it is a character issue as well as Educational issue.
Education come from various avenues; not just in College Class Room; which most of you have never been in. But, that does not make you less of a person. But, it does mean other people may have a different perspective on things; base on education and experience. Get out and experience the world.
Ignore me; I would really appreciate that, Because It is becoming very tiresome for me to keep humiliating the same old dysfunction people.
That is the problem with Most Americans. You guys are confined to your little world and think everything revolves around you and American. But, guess what it don't.
Most Europeans are practical thinking people. They have a totally different mentality than Americans. And most of them don't like Americans.
And I see why;

Dude, who are you the IRS or Homeland Security?
But, I will be a good samaritian and answer that.
I was Born and raised in Detroit. I left as a service member in 1980's; and served in Germany during the cold war. After completion of service to my country. I continued to serve the US via extended service through Civilain Government Agencies. My Home of Record is Detroit Michigan. I am authorized 30 days leave per year and also and additonal 2 Weeks of Home Leave which I take yearly when I am not out on escapades in other countries. I owe a House in Detroit.
My question is to you; on what premise do your have the right or authority or even theadaucity to question my credentials; you not even from the D!
