If you don't like strip clubs and if they offend you and your faith, I suggest you not go to them. Free will and all that good stuff.
I find the Catholic Church and all of it's hypocrisy more offensive than strip clubs, but it doesn't bother me that they exist. You enjoy your double standards, and quit worrying about others double standards.

It is appalling to me that a father could shoot his own son, no matter what the reason, and that the mother would not give her life to protect that son. It's not even clear whether the teen actually molested the girl; even if he did, he was only 15 years old. I don't believe that child molesters can be rehabilitated either, and I also don't believe that the justice system does its job when it comes to taking care of these offenders. But a teen does not just commit this sort of crime out of the blue; it really makes me wonder what was going on at his house. It's very possible that his father has something to hide. Abused children grow up to be abusers. Do you think that the police will try to find out what happened to Jamar, Jr to cause this behavior?
I see this as a tragedy for all concerned. I can't think of anything that my children could do that would make me shoot them; unlike Jamar's mother, though, I would give my life without question to protect them.
So sad...for everyone.

Are you implying that there is no distinction in expected outcome between a pistol and a taser? If so, I think you should ask every tasered perp you can find and ask if they had it to do over again, would they prefer pistol or taser, all but the insane would take their chances with the taser and you know it. Mcaw, people die in bathtubs all the time. Does that make a tub is a "lethal weapon"? I understand a bathtub death typically isn't an intentional act; what about the perps who have died over the years from a fist or a baton; should use of fists and batons classify the same as a pistol? I have to say, I have mixed emotions on this issue, because I personally believe that Cops all too frequently start tasering everything in sight because they're scared and they don't have any other realistic options. Knowing that pathetic reality, we may be lucky they have tasers.

Biz, I take no issue with your criticism of Hillary. What I speak of are the personal attacks on her that came from the right for years, and still do. I find it difficult to garner sympathy when the Plain supporters detest the same kind of shots taken at Sarah.
What you speak of is politics. They all do what she did. And Bush had it coming in my book.
One major difference between Hillary and Sarah is the fact that Hillary doesn't cry about it 24/7.
