.GM creditors may recover some lost funds

GM continues to try and beat creditors out of their money.

General Motors Co., which emerged from bankruptcy July 10, was fighting with old GM, known as Motors Liquidation Co., and lending arm GMAC Inc. over millions placed in an escrow account until various claims could be resolved. The three companies have agreed to a settlement that would split $2.5 million between GM and the bankrupt arm of the company.

AMAZING HOLES

These holes are not only amazing, but some are really terrifying! The sheer scale of these holes reminds you of just how tiny we are.

Kimberley Big Hole - South Africa

Apparently the largest ever hand-dug excavation in the world,

this 1097 meter deep mine yielded over 3 tons of diamonds

Before being closed

Glory Hole - Monticello Dam, California

A glory hole is used when a dam is at full capacity

and water needs to be drained from the reservoir.

It is the largest spillway of this type in the world.

It consumes 14,400 cubic feet of water every second.

Great Blue Hole , Belize

This incredible geographical phenomenon known as a

blue hole is situated 60 miles off the mainland of Belize .

There are numerous blue holes around the world,

but none as stunning as this one.

Sinkhole in Guatemala

These photos are of a sinkhole that occurred early this year in Guatemala .

The hole swallowed 2 dozen homes and killed at least 3 people.

RAT HOLE in Washington D.C.

It is capable of swallowing trillions and trillions of U.S. Dollars-annually!

The money that falls into this hole is never heard from again!

It is reputed to be filled with at least 535 azz 'holes'.

OBAMA HEALTH CARE

If Obama's health care program becomes law You will see more industries moving to Mexico and other countries.

Under the program if a company does not give health benefits then they will be given a hefty fine.

I also like the part where if a person does not have health care they can be jailed. I was just wondering who was going to pay for their health care lodging and food while they were in jail. DUH!

.GM creditors may recover some lost funds

Unsecured creditors who lost billions when General Motors Corp. filed bankruptcy last summer could get a rare windfall Tuesday if a judge approves a nearly $1.9 million settlement.

The list totals billions of dollars. I just wonder how many pennies we will get per dollar?

Obama can not stand the truth

Will GM Spend Taxpayer Bailout Money on Overseas Operations?

However, a government watchdog group recently warned that it was "unlikely" that American taxpayers would receive a full return on their investment in GM.

GM will screw you anyway they can.

The move from Detroit is just a start. They are packing for their trip to new headquarters somewhere out of the USA if they are still in business by the end of 2012.

Tue. 11/17/09 08:00 AM

That should be

According to this repayment schedule, GM would pay slightly over $1 billion in interest on its U.S. loans

This should make taxpayers very happy that there will be $1B in interest while we lose over $25B. They must think all taxpayers are stupid.

Rattner said taxpayers have probably lost about $25 billion.

Traditional Bankruptcy For GM And Chrysler

and003 says

McCain believes that Chrysler and GM should have gone through a traditional bankruptcy

McCain is right on this. If GM had gone through a traditional bankruptcy thousands of people would not have been screwed out of ( some but not all) their money. GM would come out of bankruptcy and these same people would still by GM products.

Now most of them won't and GM will either be out of business or moved out of the USA.

I myself was a loyal GM customer but never again. I just bought my second Ford Expedition.

GM loses $1.15B in Q3

Ford made a profit even while being in a lot of debt.

GM still lost $1.5B even after screwing everyone out of their money and stealing money from the taxpayers..

Good management makes a profit

Bad management fails--so long GM

GM loses $1.15B in Q3

DENVER

You are so right GM and Obama think we are all a bunch of dummies. Screwed all the people they did and then tell them we are starting to pay you back. They lost $1.5B so where are they getting the money. Answer taxpayers bailout money. This would be the same as me going to the bank and borrowing $5000.00 and putting $2000.00 aside to make payments with. After I make a couple of good payments I look like I am a good credit risk so now I can asked for more.
