With Johan Franzen expected to return to the lineup Tuesday night, coach Mike Babcock plans to go with a second line of Henrik Zetterberg, Franzen and Valtteri Filppula.
That would drop Mikael Samuelsson to the third line with Kris Draper and Dan Cleary.
Jiri Hudler, who started the season on Zetterberg's line, would drop to the fourth line with Tomas Kopecky and Kirk Maltby or possibly Darren McCarty.
Hudler, however, will remain on one of the power-play units with Zetterberg and Franzen.
"Sometimes moving things around until you figure it out is the way it goes," Babcock said.
