Press conference ongoing with Mike Babcock and Ken Holland. Babcock says Filppula "responded real well" and looked good on the ice, but the team didn't want to push it, so he came off the ice early when the team started working on special-teams drills. Still, he won't commit to whether he's in the lineup or not until tomorrow.
He also said the defensive switch is designed to split up the two physical D-men in Stuart and Kronwall. Will update this later with quotes ...
