Walking A-Rod with the bases empty was. . .
Pick (at least) one
A) incredibly smart
B) daring but dumb
C) something Leyland would have been criticized for even if it worked
D) no opinion because the Tigers aren't in it and I'm still blaming everyone
E) none of the above (although daring but dumb comes close)
F) doesn't matter because the Yankees are going to win it anyway.
Z) fell asleep because of how late the games go and don't know what happened.

Walking A Rod with the bases empty was....
A. Hilarious. Sitting out by the Yankee pen next to a bunch of Yankee fans, they all imagined their best hope to win being lost.
B. Dumb, because they could have beaned him and saved three pitches.
C. Smart, but not incredibly smart.
D. Had to be done. Pitching to him would have been the dumb move.
Bad Call
Gotcha. Hey, at least I tried!

FD-Sorry,wasn't referring to you when I posted that because I notice Tom G omitted his name altogether. But now that I see yours,well.....
Bad Call
Sorry Bob, I'll just have to try harder next time. We all know, if you mis-spell somebody's name, your opinion should not count.

G)Spell Scioscia's name correctly & anything you think will be judged as correct.
Tom G on Sciossia's STUPID move
I'd say a combo of both B and C. But mostly, G: One of the stupidest moves that I have ever seen a baseball manager make.
And with 20 years of Sparky and leyland, that ain't just whistlin' Dixie.
