can't believe everything in the broadcast media

What this says to me is that Mike Steele has no control of his own party. Cheers, Mako out.

can't believe everything in the broadcast media

Reporter: "The loss in New York 23. Should that show conservatives from around the country that they should back off maybe on local party process........"

Steele: Emphatic "No" He then goes on to describe that things would have been better in New York if we had a Primary to select a candidate. Steele further said the issues are local and that there should have been a primary process. It seemed to me that his opinion that our loss in NY was more do to the lack of a primary than a rebuke to conservative Republicans. My impression, after reading what the reporter said and what Steele actually said, was that the Journalist tried to fit the story more along the line of the question of the reporter than what Steele actually said.

Judge for yourself

On the Carrie Pre-jean lawsuit. Remember the prior allegations didn't really all turn out as portrayed. Whatever the cover-story spin, give her the benefit of the doubt.

Threading in forums

We are working on adding threading to the forums. Clicking on the headline of a post will now get you related posts in a few different ways.

- If the post was sent to us in response to an article, clicking on that post's headline will retrieve all comments on that article, and clicking on the "See related article" link will send you to the article itself.

- If the comment was submitted in response to a cybersurvey, clicking on the headline will take you to the cybersurvey and its related comments.

- If you click on the headline of a forum post that was simply posted in the forum, you will get all posts with that same headline.

If you want to add a comment to a thread in the forum, use the same headline as the post to which you want to respond.

If you find a problem, please tell us, and thanks in advance for your patience as we work to improve the forums for you.
