Richard Burr

The Detroit News

Reggie Jackson can keep his title

Since Philadelphia Phillie Chase Utley has tied Reggie Jackson for the most home runs hit in a World Series, it would be tempting to suggest that "Mr. October" share his title. But Jackson doesn't have to.

That's because the baseball season has become so ridiculously long that it stretches into frigid November. So let Jackson remain "Mr. October." Call Chase Utley "Mr. November."
