No Prince, Villanueva, Wallace vs. Mavericks

No Tayshaun Prince (cut right toe), Charlie Villanueva (hamstring) and Ben Wallace (simply given the night off) for the game tonight in Dallas. The rookies are going to get a good long look this evening.

why the pistons will loose often

Where is the coach, you ask? Well, Dumars, the puppet master, has maneuvered Coach Kuester's hands gently over his eyes. I guess what I'm trying to say is, the coach, like banjo last year, is under direct orders from the real coach(Dumars)to do as he says.

Can we hire a real coach, please?

why the pistons will loose often

Great teams have strong scoring by the basket, because the percentages are so much higher there. We actually have guys that can score down below. But, this means assists are very, very important. Stuckey played 27 minutes and had 2 assists. He took most the shots. Will Bynum played 1/2 the time and had 2 assists. The Mavericks had 29 assists, the pistons had 19. The point guard has to be assist first, scoring second. Stuckey needs to rapidly change or must be traded. He has had plenty of time to "get it". Teams without distribution becomes dysfunctional as there are not enough touches. We are on the verge of becoming a dysfunctional team. The pistons did not loose last night, they did not play. It was "Stuckey" versus the Mavericks. Remember when Chaucy came and Brown insisted that he become a "point" guard. That is when we started to win. Where is the piston coach on this? Look at the assists, that will tell you everything about the pistons.
