Cabrera should have sat
Could not agree more. Instead of the Tigers trying to sweep it under the carpet (like nobody would find out) they should have just been up front. This is what happened and this is how we are going to handle it. Case closed.
If Cabrera had a big game, would we even be talking about this? Clearly, not as much. But it's compounded now by an incredibly bad game. His poor judgment should have been dealt with by the Tigers. Not covered up. A message needed to be sent. Now it's too late.
Sarah Palin's shopping sprees
You are right. I don't care about her shopping sprees either. But you said Obama is a self made millionaire with two best selling books. Have you or any of you reading this ever read those books? Probably not. Because if you had, there is now way in hell Obama would have any chance of winning this election. None!

Have you read the books, or just the alleged excerpts from them? I read the first one, and it was excellent. If you'll check fact-finding sites, you'll see that the supposed excerpts that detail how much he hates white people and the United States are either completely fabricated or taken wildly out of context.
It's sort of like those movie ads where a reviewer says, "The best example of a waste of film this year, or maybe this millennium," and the ad says, "The best ... film ... this millennium."
