NWA

Agreed 100% that people here mostly complain about NWA because it is what they are most familiar with. When I was a consultant, I flew every Monday and Friday; I have extensive experience with NWA, AA, and UA (the airline I would take each week varied based on client location), including being a frequent flier with each. NWA is definitely much better to fly than UA or AA. I have no connection to NWA other than being a flyer, but every time I hear people hear complain about how NWA is the worst, I defend NWA. Obviously they don't do everything right all of the time, but overall I've had a significantly better experience with NWA than the other major airlines I know. Glad to hear someone else speak up on the subject!

Also, not sure if this was an NWA or a Delta initiative (I still call it NWA, but I still call DTE "Pine Knob", too...), but last week I was able to get my e-ticket sent to my mobile phone. I was then able to scan my phone display to check bags, get through security, and board the airplane. First time I've see this anywhere-- pretty cool!

Threading in forums

We are working on adding threading to the forums. Clicking on the headline of a post will now get you related posts in a few different ways.

- If the post was sent to us in response to an article, clicking on that post's headline will retrieve all comments on that article, and clicking on the "See related article" link will send you to the article itself.

- If the comment was submitted in response to a cybersurvey, clicking on the headline will take you to the cybersurvey and its related comments.

- If you click on the headline of a forum post that was simply posted in the forum, you will get all posts with that same headline.

If you want to add a comment to a thread in the forum, use the same headline as the post to which you want to respond.

If you find a problem, please tell us, and thanks in advance for your patience as we work to improve the forums for you.
