Record Collection

That guy is actually giving away that collection. Wish I could buy it.

Twin Peaks Album

I had the soundtrack from "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me", which was the epilogue film of the series. It was good!! Thanks for the tip, Adam....and, don't forget about Arethas' new one being released tomorrow, "Aretha Franklin: Rare & Unreleased Recordings From The Golder Reign Of The Queen Of Soul." I'm so excited and I just can't hide it (I really said that).

Eminem

Man, I thought that you were saying that Eminems' new album was called "Detox". He's off the Ambiens, isn't he....or will he cut his next tour short as well?

Kanye West

No offense, but, I am not that fond of Kanye West. He is boring to me. I couldn't pick him out from a crowd of twenty other rappers....unlike Tupac, "Fitty", or Eminem who have their own distinctive styles. There was a reason that he didn't win any awards. I am sure that MTV will not miss him if he isn't there.

Led Zeppelin

Well, just because you are sick of them doesn't mean that everybody else is. Maybe you wouldn't be that interested in covering the concert when they come to town, which is a good possibility since I heard that the reunion was a go.

Yesterday's Britney Spears Article

Hey, Adam Graham- That was one heck of a great article that you wrote in yesterdays News re: the Britney Spears performance on the VMA's....very insightful. You are surely becomming the best music critic in town. You have my vote anyway. I was impressed.

Brittney

She's not speaking to her mother because her mother talked her into going into rehab. There was a recent article in the rags that stated that recently , when K-Fed was working , and it was his turn to have the kids, he would use her parents to babysit. She fired her manager some time ago, and this was when all of those crotch shots of her started showing up in the rags and on TMZ. Federline's spousal support will be up in November. He has been receiving $20,00.00 a month. Some say that this was behind his recent fight for custody of the children. Now, I am starting to think that he really may be concerned. She was stoned last night. It will be sad, but after last night, there is a good possibility that she could lose those kids. I hope that she can take a look at herself....that she can see the shape that she is in, and act accordingly. There is still hope for her. It would be awful to think that there would be no way back.

Brittney

I am just hoping that all of this crassness will not be brought up in court when her "baby daddy" meets her there for the custody fight. K-Fed's $20,000.00 a month spousal support is up in November. He's going to do everything that he can to get those kids to keep the money coming in. I want to hear something from her regarding the lesson that she has learned from having been with him, rather than the oral gifts that he has taught her to perform. What is she thinking? She is either clouded with way too much cranial estrogen or she is just plain stupid.

Bill Holdship

I remember Bill from back in the day. I used to see him around town before he left. He was always pleasant when meeting....a real gentleman. I am sure that he will be a great added addition to the city. Welcome back, Bill.

Ron Isley

Well, maybe if Ron Isley were from Texas and were an oil man, or at least a "good ole boy", maybe he would get pardoned. But, unless Bush is an Isley Bros. fan, I seriously doubt that he will. He's going to have to pay his dues just like the rest of us poor slobs. As for me, he should have saved the money for his tax just like everybody else that doesn't get a W-2 at the end of the year....or at least hire an accountant. The arrogance of it all.

Free CD's

Well, I've heard it said, "When in Rome...."A lot of bosses don't want their underlings coming up with ideas that may jeopardize their position (RE:LA Times). But, if Prince wants to give something away, I'll take it. Just as long as it's not "Erotic City".

Police Interview

Good interview, Sue. It's too bad you didn't do the latest one.

Threading in forums

We are working on adding threading to the forums. Clicking on the headline of a post will now get you related posts in a few different ways.

- If the post was sent to us in response to an article, clicking on that post's headline will retrieve all comments on that article, and clicking on the "See related article" link will send you to the article itself.

- If the comment was submitted in response to a cybersurvey, clicking on the headline will take you to the cybersurvey and its related comments.

- If you click on the headline of a forum post that was simply posted in the forum, you will get all posts with that same headline.

If you want to add a comment to a thread in the forum, use the same headline as the post to which you want to respond.
