Seahawks 22, Lions 17: Pass interference call a killer
A costly -- and questionabale -- pass interference penalty on the Lions' Will James kept alive the Seahawks' go-ahead drive late in the third quarter. James was flagged for bumping Seattle's Nate Burleson on third-and-3 from the Detroit 48. Three plays later, Hasselback hit Houshmandzadeh just inside the pylon at the goal line for the touchdown. The PAT try failed, so it's 22-17 with less than 2 minutes to go in the third quarter. Both James and Ernie Sims (hamstring0 were injured on that drive, but James is expected to return.

James' interference
Both. No use complaining though; I'm resigned to the fact that until we improve, we will NEVER get the benefit of the doubt from the refs. They hate us and our losing ways.
James' interference
Uncatchable by the receiver? Or James?
James' interference
Uncatchable.
James' interference
No controversy on call, James was guilty as charged-impeding the receiver's progress down the field-clear cut interference!!!
Schwartz Watch
I'm thinking if this game doesn't make him "I'm hacked off ... dig that tunnel" crazy like previous Lions insane asylum inmates, er, I mean coaches, nothing will.
