Vikings' Allen not making any friends in Detroit

Jared Allen sat down for an "After Party" webcast with Fox Sports' Jay Glazer on Monday, and he was laughing about the Vikings' win over the Lions on Sunday. When Glazer chided him for the slow start -- the Lions took an early 10-0 lead -- and wondered aloud if he'd taken sleeping pills before the game, Allen laughed, "Actually, the refs called us in and had a meeting and they gave us all Ambien and said we need to level the playing field for the first half."

Later, when asked to name his three least favorite road cities in the NFL, Detroit was at the top of Allen's list, "because it's usually gloomy and there's no one at the game." He also included Jacksonville on his list: "It's just a sunny Detroit."
