CyberSurvey: Ellen DeGeneres as 'Idol' judge?

To me, it doesn't matter who they replace Paula with. I've always thought the show was stupid, the people were weird, the results somewhat fixed, and the panel a bunch of bumbling fools (except Randy). Paula always looked totally wasted on pain killers and Simon always had something sarcastic to say about someone.

I am not a fan of Ellen, never was never will be. Not sure what her panel qualifications are, but don't care either. I just don't get all wrapped up in this show.

CyberSurvey: How much do you love 'Idol'?

My life does not evolve around American Idol. If it's the only show on during a particular evening and I'm looking for a little comedy, I might watch it. I don't spend hours upon hours with friends or acquaintances discussing this bimbo or that singer or who I think will win. It is more a matter of "who cares?".

- If the comment was submitted in response to a cybersurvey, clicking on the headline will take you to the cybersurvey and its related comments.

- If you click on the headline of a forum post that was simply posted in the forum, you will get all posts with that same headline.

If you want to add a comment to a thread in the forum, use the same headline as the post to which you want to respond.
