A fond farewell from Marge Colborn
After nearly 40 years at The Detroit News and 20-plus years as the Design Editor, I am retiring today, May 8. I have thoroughly enjoyed this beat so my leaving is bittersweet. I must have totally missed Marge's 5/8/09 retirement notice and have been oblivious about her name no longer appearing in the Homestyle section - so Marge - if your reading - wishing you a happy, healthy and fun retirement in sunny CA.
