Antiques Roadshow comes to Grand Rapids
If you're an antiques buff, you'll be delighted to learn that PBS' "Antiques Roadshow" is coming to Grand Rapids, Mich., Aug. 9. This is the series' 13th summer tour. The line-up is: June 7-Palm Springs, Calif.; June 28-Dallas; July 12-Wichita, Kansas; July 19-Chattanooga, Tenn.; Aug. 9-Grand Rapids; and Aug. 23-Hartford, Conn.
How do you get tickets? Online ticketing for the the appraisal events is open now through April 20. Go to www.pbs.org/wgbh/roadshow/ontheroad.html. Submit photos of your furniture or other antiques online, too. If chosen, you'll get tickets to the event, and the show will transport your furniture for you.
