Do you want to look good for your wedding or your beach vacation, but work and planning keep getting in the way of your workouts?
It's happened to many of us. We seem to really get inspired to get toned up for a big occasion. Initially, it seems to be weeks before our goal and we believe we have plenty of time. But as the days creep closer, we begin to panic when we realize we don't have much time to get some of the cellulite off our thighs.
Authors Gina Lombardi and Linda Villarosa had this in mind when they wrote "Deadline Fitness: Tone Up and Slim Down When Every Minute Counts" (Wiley, $24.95).
In Deadline Fitness, readers can find the perfect program to meet their weight-loss and fitness goals.
With five individual plans for different time frames, Deadline Fitness combines proven, easy-to-follow exercise and eating plans with inspiring stories about special life events that can spur you to tone up and look great.
I'm giving away a copy to someone who writes me requesting the book. Please put "DEADLINE FITNESS" in the subject line or you won't have a chance to win.

Weight Loss
Weight loss is very important if you want to enjoy life and remain fit all your life. Weight loss has several techniques- medicines, exercises, dieting and others. If you can combine 2-3 techniques then you can do it better and fast as you have lots of weight to lose.
Weight Loss
I am all for any system that helps someone to lose weight. I know I have tried many many diets and I seem to find that within 4 or 5 days time my mind wears me down.
I recently hosted a Home Weight Loss Party for myself and 6 friends and I am happy to say that I have lost almost 10 pounds. They do a hypnosis session toward the end of the party and then give everyone a CD to listen to. It appears to work because I have made it through 3 weeks and so far so good.
I am looking forward to be able to update my "Loser" shirt. It currently says "Loser of 5 pounds" and now I get to cross out the 5 and make it 10. I found the party at www.homeweightlossparty.com It might be worth while to try it.
I wish everyone luck and together we can all accomplish our goals.
My goal was 97 pounds so I have about 87 more to go.
