Moved away

I moved away from Detroit about 6 months ago and i'm so glad I did. After living in Michigan my whole life I just assumed all big cities were corrupt and had major problems like Detroit does. Wow, was I wrong! I live outside of Tampa and travel to Jacksonville Fl which is about the same size as Detroit and these problems are non existent! Detroit has had scandal after scandal year in and year out. I'm embarrassed to say I'm from Detroit. The Detroit city government is such a joke down here. I will say its nice to live in a city where there is no corruption on the city coucil and at the mayors office.

- If the post was sent to us in response to an article, clicking on that post's headline will retrieve all comments on that article, and clicking on the "See related article" link will send you to the article itself.

- If the comment was submitted in response to a cybersurvey, clicking on the headline will take you to the cybersurvey and its related comments.

- If you click on the headline of a forum post that was simply posted in the forum, you will get all posts with that same headline.

If you want to add a comment to a thread in the forum, use the same headline as the post to which you want to respond.
